Our journey began through strategic partnerships with engineered stone manufacturers in Vietnam’s northern and southern regions. These collaborations have laid the foundation for our growth and expansion and have influenced our decision to establish an e-stone manufacturing plant, which will be completed in September 2024.
Strategic Partnerships and Expansion
To ensure the highest standards in our products, we recruited a top-tier engineer from Korea with over 20 years of experience. This expert has been instrumental in overseeing our partners’ engineered production, ensuring consistency and excellence in every slab we produce.
Our partnership efforts have borne fruit, allowing us to supply engineered stone to the US market and further expand into Korea. By 2022, we had captured nearly 20% of the market share in Korea, a testament to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Meeting Growing Demands
As our market presence grew, so did the demand for our products. We soon exceeded our partners’ production capacity, prompting numerous requests from clients and stakeholders to establish our manufacturing plant. This feedback highlighted the need for greater control over quality and production processes, leading us to take a significant step forward.
Establishing Our Own Manufacturing Plant
In early 2023, we embarked on the ambitious project of establishing our own engineered stone manufacturing plant. The journey from finding suitable land to obtaining the necessary permits took almost a year, reflecting our dedication to laying a solid foundation for future operations.
The actual development of the plant began on the first day of 2024. We are pleased to announce that our plant is nearing completion and is set to be finished within this month, August. Following the completion, we have scheduled test runs to commence in September, ensuring that all systems are fully operational and meet our stringent quality standards.
Preparing for Mass Production
With the successful completion of test runs, we anticipate mass production will begin by early October at the latest. This new facility will significantly enhance our production capabilities, allowing us to efficiently meet the increasing demand for our high-quality engineered stone products.
